Energy Efficiency Upgrades

Our engineers are both NABERS and Green Star accredited professionals which combined with decades of building services experience provides the driver behind a successful plant upgrade. A refurbished building will result in a stable and efficient plant (lower energy costs), more environmentally-friendly working spaces and a modern mechanical services system in compliance with Australian and international environmental requirements. Almost all small-to-medium size buildings constructed prior to 1995 are good candidates for refurbishment.

Step 1

Enginuity D&C provides a thorough, reliable assessment of your existing building services. Doing so establishes a scope for the upgrade whether it be refurbish or replace any part of an existing system. Our team review and report on the energy and cost efficiency of the current installation and provide upgrade options to meet the required energy efficiency targets.

Step 2

Viable concepts are offered to maximise the potential of the existing systems while keeping within financial requirements through the upgrade and lifetime of the installation. Environmental solutions are detailed and quantitative aided by thermal and indoor environmental computer modelling using Design Builder and Energy Plus software.

Step 3

Upon approval the proposed options are implemented using tested project management methodologies. Enginuity has vast experience in the provision of the latest HVAC systems and offer a seamless delivery to prevent interruption to occupied buildings. Our Greenstar and NABERS accredited engineers are dedicated to developing and applying leading edge environmentally sensitive solutions to ensure the delivery of reliable, consistent, high quality indoor air conditions.

Step 4

Following the upgrades Enginuity undertakes comprehensive commissioning and building tuning to ensure the project has met the upgrade brief and will achieve the predicted energy targets.
